This HTML page has a replacement for the window.onerror handler, with one that just returns true ... so no error dialog below is displayed ...
Of course it can be fully disabled - To stop seeing this error dialog, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the "Advanced" tab. Under "Browsing", check the box for "Disable script debugging".
BUT this just brings up an even BIGGER dialog ;=)) ...
